Notes:

Large, very long-winged seabird. Mainly blackish brown, with white on face and a dark bill. Amount of white increases as birds age. Glides like a shearwater, with stiff wingbeats.

It breeds on islands in the mid-Pacific Ocean.  Non-breeding albatrosses can be found along the Pacific coast of North America.
